Skinny in 365 days is my new project. I began it on the 7th November 2016 with one simple aim – log the whole weight loss journey for the world to see!
Why log the weight loss journey?
I have three reasons:
- I want to be able to see the journey that I have made, maybe on the 7th November 2017 I will look at the very first blog post and be proud. Or I’ll come back in a year and be able to see where I gave up and why so I won’t make the same mistake.
- To log how I am feeling about the weight loss journey.
- If I am writing this I am not reaching for food.
Why for the world to see?
Simple, if I publish this blog then I am accountable. If I fall off the fitness wagon then everyone can see.
What will this blog include?
The blog will contain information about the overall journey including current weight, progress pictures, workouts, food intake, new recipes I enjoy and the minor slip ups.
I will also be using this blog to document my day to day life such as events I find entertaining or significant that I might like to look back on.
