Diet: bad. Exercise: perfect. 

The title basically sums it up now. My diet has been the absolute worst it’s ever been. 

I honestly don’t know how to fix the diet. I think it’s the guilt that is making me eat more. I feel guilty for eating so I keep eating. Crazy girl logic. 

But back to the good stuff, I’m back to being motivated at the workouts. I’m hoping to see some improvements soon. I’m going to focus on that.
